Lily takes a personal interest in each and every one of her clients and analyzes their needs in Real Estate down to the smallest detail.
Lily grew up in Colombia, South America, and was raised in a family where honesty, integrity and hard work were inculcated in her daily upbringing. One of her greatest qualities is being a person of service, “Service is genuinely caring about a client as a person and friend, listening to their needs, spending extra time with them if needed, and going out of your way without a guarantee of reward”. Lily arrived to Maryland in 2003 and by 2004 had already begun her successful Real Estate practice, a true exemplar of the American Dream. She has built solid relationships due to her network abilities and deal making skills, giving her clients the possibility of getting the first view on many properties, resulting in smoother and buyer friendly negotiations. The strategic and sophisticated approach Lily has brought to the industry is setting the bar much higher than ever before.
She has garnered numerous awards for her work including, the RE/MAX Platinum award year after year. This award is earned only by the top producing agents who achieve established criteria for professionalism as well as high levels of production. It is one of the highest honors that RE/MAX bestows upon a Sales Associate. She made Rookie of the year in 2004-2005 and was recently inducted into the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Lily was also chosen to represent Gaithersburg, MD by the National Association of Professional Women for 2010-2011.
Lily is gifted with being able to educate clients about the world of real estate. A client of hers wrote, "Thank you for taking the time to explain so simply the complexities of buying a home. You have our trust!!" She believes in telling clients what's really going on, rather than just what they want to hear.
A background as a restaurant owner in Colombia gives Lily a unique perspective on negotiation and service. She settles for nothing less than complete satisfaction for her clients. Lily believes that a great agent is not just a messenger, and she actively negotiates with buyers and sellers on her clients' behalf. She uses her wealth of experience and knowledge to advocate for her clients' best interest. Lily enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. As a mother, she is committed to teaching her three children the business skills, principles, and core values that will help them get ahead, serve others, and make a place for themselves in the world.
